What You Need to Know

Deposit & Payment

25% non-refundable deposit (min £50) secures your booking. Balance due 14 days before the event.

Damage Deposit

£200 for the Main Hall, £100 for rooms. Refunded within 7 days post-event, subject to inspection.

Alcohol Policy

No alcohol is permitted on MOEM premises under any circumstances. No exceptions.

Catering

No cooking facilities on site. Refreshment area has a sink and cupboards only. Hirers bring all equipment.

All-Night Hire

Requires written approval and a noise management plan. Additional £300 security deposit applies.

Late Extension

Extensions after 11pm at £120/hr (Main Hall) or £60/hr (rooms), subject to prior approval.
